The appropriate utilization of the Kicking Chain can develop strength and flexibility throughout the hips and lower body. Because of it's unique variable resistance, training with this device helps to develop speed, agility, explosive power, and muscle endurance. The Kicking Chain allows for high acceleration at the initiation of the movement with increasing resistance at the end of the movement to train both speed and strength. Using the Kicking Chain can result in more faster, better executed athletic moves.
Available in two sizes: The Kicking Chain for developed athletes high school and above; and the Kicking Chain Junior for developing athletes.
Muscularly mature athletes (including those considered strong for their age group) should consider using a heavier Kicking Chain. Athletes taller than 6'4" should add extensions to this product. Chain ends should never be allowed to come off the ground/floor or gather around the feet during exercises.
