Shipping:

All ChainTraining.com  shipments are via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of orders. Shipments are insured and include tracking numbers. We do not assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages; all claims for damage or loss are made through the United States Postal Service. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not accept C.O.D. orders.

 
 
 
Returns

ChainTraining.com is dedicated to customer satisfaction.  If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return the purchase for an exchange or refund within fourteen days of receipt of merchandise.  Simply contact us to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:

  • Return shipping fees and expenses are at the customer's expense.
  • Due to the nature of the product, a 20% Restocking Fee will be accessed for returns.  A Restocking Fee up to 50% can be accessed if the product and/or carrying bags show excessive wear.
Refunds and exchanges will only be made to the original purchaser and to the original instrument of purchase (i.e. bank card) used in the initial purchase.
